Filippo Brunelleschi
Filippo Brunelleschi is often considered the first architect of the Italian Renaissance. He lived from 1377–1446. Although he was originally trained as a goldsmith, he later chose to focus his talents toward architecture. Brunelleschi is known for his unique technique. All of his structures were perfectly proportionate.
